Julie Payton is a veteran of the real estate industry with 27 years of experience as a mortgage loan originator. Based in Orange Park, FL, she provides a full range of mortgage services to clients throughout Florida.
When we met Julie in 2023, she already had a functional website and a strong word-of-mouth business. She came to EZY Marketing for help building a consistent brand and establishing a strategic marketing plan.
We started by developing a branding board to establish a cohesive look for her marketing efforts, including a new logo and colors. EZY Marketing also worked with Julie to design a number of printed support materials, including business cards, magnetic name tags, a table runner, outdoor feather flags, and print ads.
Julie was very active on social media but, like many small business owners, had been using a single account for both personal and professional content. We created dedicated business profiles on Facebook and Instagram to keep this content separate and establish Julie as an industry expert and source of trustworthy information. EZY Marketing continues to develop monthly content calendars and post original and curated content on both platforms.
We made improvements to Julie’s website to keep the branding and messaging consistent and launched a blog to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and provide helpful content for potential clients. EZY Marketing also worked with Julie to amp up her email marketing, providing a branded template for weekly emails to realtors, as well as producing email newsletters to keep her top-of-mind with former clients and to encourage referrals.
Today, the Julie Payton Mortgage Team continues to thrive and takes pride in helping people in the community achieve their dream of homeownership or lower their monthly mortgage obligation.
